The Elder scrolls Online for Consoles

Recently Zenimax studios has not ruled out the option of making TES Online for consoles in a recent interview with Matt Firor.

He stated that there is uncertainty between developers on whether the rumours are true about next gen consoles being integrated with PC's

This could also link in to several other rumours such as an RTS style game on PC that also has first person players battling on the grounds on Consoles (This may even  be seen in Dawn of war 3).

So far whether Tes online will apear on consoles is unclear but it depends mostly on the technology and whether the game can easily be converted to a format which means its usable with a consoles controlling device as well as whether this will interfere with the PC gamers way of controlling everyhting in an original style built just for the mouse and keyboard

Gears of War: Judgement at Comic Con

Today at Comic Con during the Gears of War panel it was announced that Gears of War: Judgment is coming on March 19, 2013.

Before the rise of the Lambent, the sinking of Jacinto or the detonation of the Lightmass bomb, there was Emergence Day – when the Locust horde burst from the ground and set Sera on a path toward near annihilation. Gears of War: Judgment brings players back to the terrifying aftermath of E-Day, before the events of the Gears trilogy, for the most intense and challenging Gears game yet.

Get ahead of the game and learn the essentials of OverRun’s new class-based competitive gameplay through the OverRun tutorial video released today. Narrated by Damon Baird, players will see the required skills they need to defend as a COG or attack as a Locust.

Written by Tom Bissell (journalist and author of “Extra Lives”) and Rob Auten, Gears of War: Judgment follows Kilo Squad, led by fan-favorite characters Damon Baird and Augustus “The Cole Train” Cole, as they defy orders and attempt to rescue the city of Halvo Bay from destruction at the hands of the Locust onslaught.

Also today, the all-new “Island” map was revealed.

Island takes place on an archipelago of islands off the coast of Halvo Bay, which serves as a supply and refueling depot that feeds the larger military machine along the coast. The individual islands are connected by a series of bridges and tunnels, forming a network of unknown size and security. This is restricted territory, and civilians are not permitted on, or even near, any of the islands.

“Gears of War 3” Now Available for $29.99 (U.S.)

First look at Halo Forward Unto Dawn

Today we see a First look at the upcoming Halo Live action series "Forward unto dawn" in this latest video by IGN.

The film is said to be about a young cadet who grows up with keen admiration for the legendary  master chief and goes on to become captain of the UNSC Infinity.

This character will be involved in the Halo 4 campaign and Spartan Ops.

So far the actual series looks amazing and filled with all the action we have been waiting for (Unless you count the ODST fan made series "Halo Helljumper").

So far the series looks amazing and I am really looking forward to the Extended version with the limited edition of Halo 4.

Also in relation to my last post, 343 has declined rumours of a Halo 2 remake.

Halo 4 Forge revealed

Today we see that the Forge editor will be returning in Halo 4 and will add new abilities such as locking and duplicating items. Forge also now allows you to magnetise objects so their faces easily fit together perfectly.

There is also dynamic lighting in forge objects now so they will reflect light as well as have their own shadows inside them unlike forge objects before.

You can now also spawn special zones that change the Spartans traits in the area, so you can make gravity lighter so people can jump higher and float for a few seconds as well as make it so Spartans can run faster and possible change how much damage they can do in the given area.

Overall this new forge looks amazing but a bit like the older one in reach with a few more additions. I really hope they add/show more in the future.

BBC Halo Fail

Right well here we see a dead serious news report on crimes against humanity, unfotunately the BBC graphics designer doesn't know his stuff. Watch.

More Halo 4 Leaks

Except this time it's maps and vehicles

Well I was doing a bit of digging around into Halo 4 and 343 and I managed to get a couple of pictures. They seem to be a cross between concept art and actual in game screen shots of both maps and vehicles to be included in Halo 4.

Unfortunatley only three are labelled but as you can tell ot looks like the top two that's Kronos and the un labelled one are concept art and the bottom two ( Canary and Postage) Look like in game screen shots.

Remember to click on the images for a larger version

And now there are the vehicles I managed to uncover, it would seem there are new vehicles as well as new designs for old models, like the scorpion.

They seem to be similar designs to the vehicles in Halo's RTS game Halo Wars. The vehicles look like the hawk gunship and the supply ships used in the RTS and the pelican dropship has either been replaced or had more than a few face lifts. Ultimately this and the other posts on Halo 4 should whet your appetite for the game being released in November.

New Halo 4 Multiplayer map

Recently 343 has announced yet another pvp map for Halo 4 in its latest Halo Bulletin.

The map is said to be named Longbow and will be  a large symmetrical map that will work for Slayer and a new multiplayer game mode which is yet to be announced and I hope will top the great mode of invasion that was given to us in reach to experiment with.
Longbow

This map will mainly have Long range combat and vehicle gameplay since it is a large map but there will hopefully still be the smaller hallways in buildings that bring out the closest of battles.

From the pictures it looks very good so make sure to look at the latest Halo Bulletin to see more.
